It’s important for people to realize that autism is not some dreadful, debilitating disorder.

Also, it is very important not to try risky and fraudulent therapies. Things like chelation treatment and hyperbaric chambers can be very dangerous and have no possible benefit to an autistic child.

I am interested to know; what sorts of quackery and charlatans have come across your path in your quest for knowledge and treatments for your autistic children?
